Qual é o alcance que você realmente obterá?
O valor oficial é um resultado de laboratório a uma temperatura moderada. Duas coisas quebram isso em uma viagem real: velocidade sustentada e frio.
Por que a velocidade custa tanto
A velocidades urbanas, a maior parte da sua energia vai para acelerar a massa, e a frenagem regenerativa recupera uma boa parte dela. Em uma autoestrada, quase nada disso acontece — você está empurrando o ar para fora do caminho continuamente, e esse custo escala com o quadrado da sua velocidade, enquanto a potência necessária escala com o cubo.
A consequência prática é que a diferença entre 110 e 130 km/h é muito maior do que a diferença de velocidade de 18% sugere. Em uma viagem longa, reduzir 20 km/h frequentemente economiza uma parada para recarga, o que economiza mais tempo do que custa.

A penalização no inverno
Dois efeitos se somam. O habitáculo precisa de aquecimento, e em um carro com aquecimento resistivo que consome diretamente da bateria de tração. E o pacote em si aceita e entrega energia com menos facilidade quando está frio, o que também desacelera a recarga rápida. Estudos que medem os efeitos da temperatura ambiente no consumo quantificam o resultado combinado [1].
